Enquiry and confirmation. A WhatsApp submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A vehicle is reserved only when Cassidy Chauffeurs confirms the assignment and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Price. Website budget figures are indicative planning estimates only. The final fare/price is the amount confirmed by Cassidy Chauffeurs after reviewing the itinerary, timings, mileage, waiting, tolls, parking, overnight requirements and other relevant assignment details.
Cancellation. Proposed launch policy: cancellations more than 48 hours before commencement — no cancellation charge; 24–48 hours — up to 50% of the agreed booking price; within 24 hours or no-show — up to 100%. For multi-day assignments, commencement means the start of the overall reserved assignment. The exact terms supplied with the confirmed quotation govern the booking.
Changes and waiting. Material itinerary changes, additional waiting, mileage, stops, parking, tolls or overnight costs may alter the final price and should be agreed where possible before they are incurred.
Passenger requirements. Bottled water can be arranged on request. Please disclose unusual luggage, accessibility, child-seat or other requirements before confirmation so suitability can be checked.
Payment. Cassidy Chauffeurs may provide a Stripe or Revolut payment link. Any required deposit, balance due date and refund position will be stated in the booking confirmation.
Independent service. Black Car Ireland is an independent chauffeur service by Cassidy Chauffeurs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, political office, event organiser or official delegation unless explicitly stated in writing.
